Please keep in mind that here at SHOPPINGFEVER human beings are trying everything to make your shopping excitement an awesome and outstanding experience, but sometimes even the best are making mistakes.

All orders are processed within 1 business day after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Please do not send us your purchase without consent from SHOPPINGFEVER, your shipment will not be processed

Based on the recent high demand and shortage of workforce, please allow us between 4-7 days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
We are working hard on a solution to ship faster and to guarantee our low prices.

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want to fulfill orders with confidence. That’s why we proudly offer absolute satisfaction guarantees that ensure you as a customers will receive a purchased item on time and as described.

Our primary goal is making our customers happy, so everyone who shops at SHOPPINGFEVER receives the following guarantees:

  • Refund if the item is not as described or damaged;
  • We refund minus the shipping cost if you do not want the product you received.
    You must return the item at your expense to our warehouse and the item must be unused.

Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster).

How do refunds, returns, and exchanges work on SHOPPINGFEVER?

  • In case you report a damaged or incorrect product, you are required to submit a photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item. If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued.
  • If the product packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, you, the customer, must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
  • Missing order: In case a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you claim that they did not receive the item, you the customer must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
    As a retailer, orders will be deemed delivered and in satisfactory condition if you do not report the issue within the time frame.

If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.

 How do I request a refund, return, or exchange?

Handling returns is an essential part of running a business. SHOPPINGFEVER is here to help! We have put together the following steps to make this process easier:

  1. In the event of a refund, return, or exchange request from your customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at support@shoppingfever.ca and include the evidence if required.
  2. After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to our warehouse at the following address: 14460 Myford Rd, Irvine, CA 92606, USA.
  3. You must return the product and provide a tracking number.
  4. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file.
  5. In order for SHOPPINGFEVER to ship a replacement product or process a refund for damaged or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned.

Items that must be returned unopened
Video Games, Computer Games, Portable Video Players, Headphones & Portable Audio, Prerecorded Music, Movies, Software Products, Breast Pumps, Drones with GPS function, Personal Care Items (Feminine care, hands and feet, incontinence, massage and spa products, men’s grooming, oral care and woman’s hair removal).



Final sale items
Pierced Earrings, Special Order Jewelry, Underwear or items that include underwear, Swimwear when hygiene liner is removed.
Clearance items – with no the exception Please email us at return@shoppingfever.ca for instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Shoppingfever is not responsible for return shipping costs. To return your product(s), please email return@shoppingfever.ca. We will send you the address of the fulfillment warehouse based near you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We know it can be challenging to pick the correct size online, even when using a size chart. If you simply want to exchange for a different size, we will cover the shipping. Please email us at return@shoppingfever.ca before returning your item for instructions on how to proceed.

We will not exchange items, that were worn previously by the customer!
